How the Automated Attendant works:
Your employee will call a toll free number upon entering the property when they begin the cleaning appointment and again at the time of completion.
This information will instantly update on yours and your Property Manager’s homepage so everyone will know at all times the status of the property.
Our Automated Attendant is completely optional; you can always log in to your Cleaner’s Control Panel and mark your cleaning appointments as Complete’ manually.
The Resort Cleaning Auto Attendant also allows you to monitor the status of you cleaners throughout the day. On your homepage, you can view the color coded IVR chart to see the status of each crew. You are able to see when a crew checked into a property and what properties they have completed.
