3. How do my clients pay for their cleanings? |
| |
|
| |
ResortCleaning.com offers Cleaners two different methods for collecting payment from their clients.
| |
 |
Credit Card Payments (transacted through ResortCleaning.com) – Your client will enter their credit / debit card information when they schedule their cleaning appointment and ResortCleaning.com will bill their credit card after the cleaning has been completed and confirmed. We will disburse all credit card payments to our cleaning companies every Friday, for all work completed within that billing cycle. Click here to view our Payments page. |

Invoicing (handled by the Cleaner) – ResortCleaning.com has developed an easy to use invoicing module that allows you to create and send invoices directly to your clients. The invoicing module is fully integrated with your Control Panel and allows you to create invoices within minutes. |

4. How do I get started? |

Getting started with ResortCleaning.com is simple. You can "sign up now" or fill out our "schedule a tour page" to schedule a phone call with a ResortCleaning Representative. |

5. How do I enter my current clients’ details? |
| |
|
| |
After registration, you will log in to your Cleaners Control Panel and input your current clients. Upon entering your clients contact information and property details, the automated system at ResortCleaning.com will create a FREE account for each of your clients that will be good for 30 days. They will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to log in to their Owners Control Panel and start scheduling cleanings online. There is no financial information required and if they are not completely satisfied at the end of their 30 day trial period, they simply don’t do anything and their account will become inactive. In order to keep their account active, they will need to choose either our monthly or annual payment option prior to the end of the 30 days. |

6. How do I confirm a new cleaning appointment? |

| |
On the front page of your Cleaner's Control Panel in the ‘My Alerts’ section, you will see a feature called "Scheduled Cleaning(s) awaiting confirmation." The ResortCleaning.com system will automatically detail the number of new appointments (1 New) that are currently waiting scheduling; you will also receive an email notifying you of each new request. You have the option to accept or deny the appointment based on your schedule.
As we support only the highest of professional standards, we request that all new appointments are ‘accepted’ or ‘denied’ within 24 hours. Upon accepting or denying the appointment, the ResortCleaning.com system will automatically send an email to your client informing them of the status of their appointment. |

7. How do I show that a cleaning appointment has been completed? |

|
| |
In the 'My Alerts' section of your Cleaner’s Control Panel you will see a feature called "Competed Cleaning(s) awaiting confirmation." The ResortCleaning.com system will automatically list the number of completed appointments (1 New) that are currently awaiting confirmation. Simply click on this link to confirm that the cleaning job has been completed. Please note that cleaning appointments cannot be confirmed as complete until after the scheduled date of the appointment.
As we support only the highest of professional standards, ResortCleaning.com requests that all completed cleaning jobs are marked ‘completed’ by midnight on the day of the scheduled appointment. As soon as you mark the appointment as complete, ResortCleaning.com will automatically send an email to your client notifying them that their property is now clean and ready for the next guest.

8. I forgot my password, what can I do? |

|

Please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ page of the ResortCleaning.com website. Here, you should enter the email ID that you use to sign in to ResortCleaning.com. A reminder of your password will be immediately emailed to you.

9. How do I change my password? |
| |
|
| |
Log in to your 'Cleaner’s Control Panel' and select the ‘My Account’ link, you can easily modify all of your account information from there. |

10. How do I reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment? |
| |
|
| |
On your Cleaner’s Control Panel select the ‘Appt Calendar’ link and simply click on the calendar date of the appointment that you desire to reschedule or cancel. The details of any appointments will then appear above the calendar and here you will have the option to 'Reschedule', 'Cancel’ or ‘Email Client'. |

11. How do I prevent, manage and deal with disputes? |
| |
|
| |
The system at ResortCleaning.com has been comprehensively designed to be a win-win situation for everyone. We match our cleaning service providers with the best property owners and property management companies in your area. We insure simplistic and convenient communication, a fair and effective selection process, real-time reporting and secure onsite payment transactions. Very rarely, has an issue developed that has required intervention. If this should ever happen, the ResortCleaning.com Executive Staff will be happy to assist both parties to achieve a mutually-satisfactory resolution. Again, these cases are almost non-existent. |
