  How Resort Cleaning works for Property Managers
   
  ResortCleaning.com was specifically designed to improve the overall communications and efficiency between Property Managers and their cleaning service providers. We have included a step by step guide that will show you how to make the cleaning process much more enjoyable.
   
 
   
Sign Up:
Your first step is to complete our simple Sign Up section. It is straightforward and only takes a minute to complete. You will then receive an email that confirms the information you presented. You are ready to log in and get started!
 
 
   
Enter Current Properties:
There are two ways to enter the details of your properties in the ResortCleaning.com system:
     
1. On the My Property page, go to the section titled 'Add Properties' - here you can easily add your property details.
     
2. If your Cleaner is already using the ResortCleaning system, chances are, they have already entered your property information.  
 
 
     
Schedule new cleaning appointments:
You also have two options when it comes to scheduling new cleaning appointments online:
 
     
 
  1. Log in to your Manager’s Control Panel and by clicking on the ‘Schedule A Cleaning’ tab, you can easily schedule your cleaning appointments.
  2. If your cleaner is using the ResortCleaning system, you can have them enter your cleaning schedule.
 
     
     
Instant Notifications and automated communication:
  1. Confirmed Appointment Notification:

    Your cleaner will receive an automated email with the details of your scheduled appointment. At that time they have 2 options to confirm your appointment.

      1. They can click on the link in the email which will notify you that the appointment is confirmed and will also automatically update your appointment calendar.
      2. They can log in and mark your appointment as confirmed from their homepage.

  2. Completed Appointment Notification:

    There are 3 ways a cleaner can send you a notification that an appointment has been completed.

      1. They can call the Automated Attendant and simply enter the code to let the system know the status of the property and you will be sent an automatic notification upon completion as well as a real time update on your homepage.
      2. They can mark the appointment as “completed” on their homepage.
      3. They can notify you and you can mark the appointment as “completed” so your records and appointment calendar will be up to date.
 

 
     
Receiving Cleaner Invoices:
The ResortCleaning system records and tracks all the details of each appointment. At any time, you can go to your “view all appointments” page and see a wide array of accurate reports. Your cleaner can create a professional invoice in less than a minute that you will conveniently receive through the system.
