1. How much does it cost to use ResortCleaning.com? |

It only cost $1.00 per appointment to take advantage of all the benefits of the ResortCleaning system.

2. How and when are cleaning companies paid that choose to bill their clients by Credit Card? |
| |

| |
ResortCleaning.com offers Cleaners two different methods for collecting payment from their clients.
- Invoicing (handled by the Cleaner) – ResortCleaning.com has developed an easy to use invoicing module that allows you to create and send invoices directly to your clients. The invoicing module is fully integrated with your Control Panel and allows you to create invoices within minutes. You will mail or email the invoices to your client and be responsible for collecting payment.
- Credit Card Payments (transacted through ResortCleaning.com) – Your client will enter their credit / debit card information upon scheduling a new cleaning appointment and ResortCleaning.com will bill their credit card after the cleaning has been completed and confirmed. We will disburse all credit card payments to our cleaning companies every Friday, for all work completed within that billing cycle.
The calendar below details when ResortCleaning.com will forward payment to the Cleaner for the appointments that were paid by credit card between Jan. 5th – 11th.
In this example, the payment period is from Monday the 5th thru Sunday the 11th. ResortCleaning.com will receive all credit card transactions generated during the payment period in three to five working days. Upon receiving these funds, we will forward them directly to the cleaning company by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which is deposited directly into your bank account (this also takes approximately three to five working days).
The "pay day" for this period is officially Friday the 23rd. However, if we calculate the dates above, the funds should be deposited in the cleaning company's account one to four days before the official "pay day."
